Cruise to Nowhere

<p>I have submitted the required documents (which I received from Glocell 02 November 2016) on 16 November 2016 and again on 09 December 2016 but to date I have not received any response from Glocell, apart from the automatic reply saying thank thank you and you will be contacted with in 10 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>Phoning them is a waste of time as the they do not answer the phone. All you get is the stupid message saying to hold on as they care about your call. Obviously not!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>How difficult can it be to get someone to respond to emails.</p>
