<p>To cut a long story short after taking advantage of a ceel phone with aMSC cruise and completing all the necessary documentation required at each stage I was told the cruises were fully booked and so I coudl choose from 3 holiday destinations. I wrote back voicing my dissatisfaction and was told the mail was received in error. I have received a mail yesterday attached below.</p> <p>I dont want R 8000 vat incusive discount I WANT THE R 8000 in CASH I'm on a "straightup 100 account" the R 8000 will never be used</p> <p><br /> Terms and Conditions: R8,000 Vat inclusive Discount:</p> <p>Usable towards Usage (local calls and data) and Subscription only limited to R1,000 vat inclusive per month.<br />Should a subscriber's Usage and Subscription exceed R1,000 the additional amount will be payable by the customer as per normal.<br />Cannot be used towards - handset finance charges, international calls, value added services, premium rated competitions and SMS.<br />Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.<br />Usable for the duration of a subscriber's contract period.<br />Can be rolled over for contract upgrades and renewals.<br />Will be forfeited completely should a customer's account default for whatever reason.<br />Will be forfeited once a subscriber's contract ends and/or is not renewed.<br />Is not transferrable to any other line.<br />Any abuse of whatever nature will forfeit the Discount.<br />Becomes effective from 1 February 2017.<br />No alternative or additional value will be entered into.<br />No further negotiations or exchanges will be entered into.</p> <p><br /> Regards,<br /> GloCell Team<br /> <br /> </p> <p>© 2016 GloCell<br /> </p>

We regret that despite the managing agent’s reassurances that there would have been more than enough capacity of promotional TLC/MSC Cruises, this has subsequently been depleted. Part of the promotional conditions however was that this was subject to promotional availability and also that the reward could not be exchanged for cash so regrettably this is not possible. Promotional T&C’s were especially communicated very clearly well in advance and on all advertising material.

What ******* why advertise and run a promotion if you cannot fulfill your obligations why refer to "Subject to" that is just a cop out. You have effectively locked us in for the next 32 months. There are not enough expletives to describe rouges and ***** that hide behind the small print.
