Cruise promotion
<p>Is anyone else having a problem with the cruise promotion. Have sent my vouchers twice completed documents left messages and absolutely no response since November 4th. Tried to phone waited 45 minutes but the person who answered could not help. Is this a **** or a real promotion. </p>

Well since 24th still no contact again empty promises......

so as rquested all documents were sent before november 30th as not even an acknowledgment that they have been received but now an sms about the cruise being full for January even though we app**** on 4th November. the new dates include trips to the Portugues island but there is nothing about possible additional costs because the cost of two people is more than 8000. It now time to come clean and respond and give us feedback. This silence is not doing Glocells reputation any good and in this day and age this is an important part of business.
