Cruise offered - is this for real?

<p>I have been having nothing but head aches with this cruise from the start - now this was not a competition that you could win a cruise this was a gauranteed cruise. After a big fight I got the booking forms this was sent in by the 3rd already they said to allow 10 days for feedback. On monday 15 November i asked for feedback Tsheko Sereme told me per email to give him until tuesday morning for feedback. Tuesday morning came and went I then again asked for feedback the same person Tsheko Sereme from TLC Marketing to wait until 3pm for feedback well 3pm come and went with no feedback. I know this is part of TLC Marketing but it is glocell that offered the cruise I expect this to be sorted out by Glocell. I want my confirmation of booking. are you waiting for the 30th of november to say sorry too late. Well that is not happening I was gauranteed a cruise and I will get a cruise. I will take this up with the consumer council if I have too.</p>
