Cruise is going NoWhere

<p>Dear GloCell,</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for lying to your subscriber base regarding your Cruise to Nowhere deals. Thank you for not answering your customer care call centre as well as the ********** 794 line that you'll supposed made available. I must be the only person that is unable to contact you guys. Based on my "Telephonic Contract", the cruise was part of the package, therefore you are in breech of your own contract terms and conditions. I also do not appreciate your partner "TLC" sending through an updated Terms and Conditions on your behalf, which I do not accept. You'll need to decide if you will be offering me the cruise in 2017, which I need confirmation, or You'll cancel the contract at your own cost, as you will agree, the call recordings are binding contracts. </p>
