Cruise deal with glocell

<p>The initial offer was a cruise with Msc. </p> <p>After numerous attempts to claim this cruise from November 2016 to January 2017, I have now been offered an R8000. 00 voucher to be used for my glocell account only, also with many conditions attached. I am really disappointed in the way glocell has handled my issue. The enquiries in phone calls, e-mails and time off work has also costed me a lot of money that I cannot recover.
