Cruise / Account offer - big ****
<p>1st I had to struggle with my upgrade early last year...took me months to get it sorted out. I was 1 of the unlucky users that was with Autopage and was taken over by GloCell. Well finally that was sorted out and I registrared for the boat cruise. My boat cruise papers was filled in and send to them and then it was a wait.....friends of mine who took a contract out way after me got their cruise for 13 March 2017. I even went to their head office where they confirmed my name was on the list - jus to get a sms about a week and half back to say that they don't give cruises out anymore but the value of R8000 will be added to my account...wow guess what - if your account is less than R1000 (I pay +- R1600 a month) So guess what - no cruise and no "troos prys" and they stick to the terms and conditions ****. Well I was forced to have Glocell as a service provider and now they don't deliver what they promoted..........they're **** people and as soon as I can move from service providers, I'll do it. </p> <p>They don't even bother to reply to emails / call centre just rings and after 45 minutes your cut off...........but they're quick to deduct the debit order each month end!!!!!!!</p>

The GloCell team would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the disgruntlement and inconvenience caued.
This promotion was not a **** and in fact GloCell has accommodated over 1,000 subscribers already, plus their families. We regret that despite the managing agent’s reassurances that there would have been more than enough capacity of promotional TLC/MSC Cruises, it turns out that these have subsequently been depleted. Part of the promotional conditions however was that this was subject to promotional availability and that if needed GloCell could provide a different reward, hence the R8,000 Discount. Promotional T&C’s were especially communicated very clearly well in advance and on all advertising material.
