<p>I regret the day my cell phone and laptop contract was transferred to GloCell. GloCell is the worst service provider ever!</p> <p>I paid an amount of R700 at ABSA account and used the cell phone number 074 55***418 as a reference number. GloCell triple debited me for month ending September 2016. I visited their store in Canal Walk today (29/09/2016. The sales man called the head office explained the situation, however the lady who at the head office refused to talk to me and told the sales man that they don’t need to talk to me, they just want the receipt showing the deposit!</p> <p> </p> <p>GloCell is pathetic and I have never had a pleasant experience dealing with them!</p> <p> </p> <p>I can’t wait for the contract to come to an end! Never again!</p>
