**** from Glocell from Day 1 ..... I want out of this Contract

After battling for 3 weeks prior to switchover to get hold of Glocell to change my bank details,  & also getting proof via e-mail they still went & tried to take the money from the wrong bank account. (MD WILSON ***)   I even tried to put it on their website, but there is no selection anywhere there to put my bank details.  Then I spoke to a Guy named Vinay, whom promised me that the details had been changed.  I requested that he e-mail me so that I have confirmation in writing of this, thankfully I did this otherwise I would’ve had no proof now.   As I feared the money did go off the incorrect account & is now with Autopage,  I can’t get through to them at all as they keep telling me to contact Glocell as I am no longer a customer of them.  My phone has been blocked since last week Thursday, this is absolutely ridiculous as I haven’t even been a customer with Glocell for a month & I am already looking for ways to get out of this contact.  I can assure you as soon as I find a why I will look into it.  After being a loyal customer of Autopage for almost 15 years I do believe that I deserve better service then what I have & am receiving.   I am not unable to use my cellphone,  so please tell me should I have an emergency, how am I supposed to phone anyone?    I will make sure that I post my disgust with this service on all social media,  if I was a non-paying customer I could understand but I pay my account faithfully each month.   And to top it, they better not let a debit order go off the correct account number before the end May pay date, as I have no money in that account & I am not prepared to pay reversal & recovery fees as well.  Another inconvenience I am not prepared to entertain.   This may sound terrible, rude of even obnoxious but I am highly irritated, annoyed, un-impressed, disappointed… the list goes on. They don't get back to people, this is not a provider that I want to be affiliated with
