Complete lack of communication from Glocell

Hear rumors that Glocell is closing down. I have a contract with them. Have called every available number on their webpage . All are out of service and emailed and went to the store where I went last and it was closed. No info on what I need to do now. Thinking of just cancelling the debit order at the bank.
