CLOCELL...USELESS...NO SERVICE ...NO CONTACT ... NO COVERAGE...NO RESPONSE...HELP LINE SHUTS OFF

<p>Since April I have been trying to get in touch with Glocell to discuss poor reception.I have tried every conceivable angle, and eventually stopped my debit order,in the vain hope they would contact me. All I achieved was a negative credit rating ,after 57 years of 100 % clear, perfect credit. Eventually I got the name of an accounts person, who tried to help....she covered me in on her instructions for client services to contact me....maybe 6 times...the last time she told me she was leaving Glocell. I have had 2 attempts of them phoning,both I missed [one was last Saturday pm????] , and upon calling back entered the cycle of being cut off eventually.</p> <p>They are ripping the public off ,and need to be stopped.....please do not support them, as they seem totally happy not to offer any service whatsoever</p>
