Cancelling a contract

<p>Extremeley poor service.</p> <p>I reported my dad's death by phone and sending the necessary certificates.</p> <p>I followed up 2 weeks later.</p> <p>They asked me to speak to my dad after I told them at the start of the conversation, that he has died!! This happend on 3 occassions!!!</p> <p>This has been very distressing!</p>
