Cancellation - Breach of Contract (MSC Cruise)

<p>I am posting this regarding the terrible service I have received from Glocell and their partners TLC with regards to the MSC cruise they had advertised when I took up my contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have phoned into the call centre numerous times to try to get some clarity on my query.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took up a contract with Glocell that included an MSC cruise and have not received any response from Glocell or TLC, I feel cheated and would LIKE TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT as GLOCELL IS IN BREACH!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very unhappy with the quality of service I have received from Glocell and I am not likely to recommend anyone I know to join your business unless this is resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Futhermore I will be writing to ASASA to take further action.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not be doing business with Glocell and will now be placing a stop on the debit order immediately.</p>
