Cancellation

My story goes a little like this, I took out a contract with them added insurance, however it was not processed, someone failed to do their job when the branch was still in Tokai. Fine phone and sim was replaced. OK contract upgrade got my P7 happy days, 2 years done I went with actual fees, didn't go for upgrade. I call them on ********** , guy says will terminate your contract month end and you will be on prepaid. Called at beginning of fe Feb, they checked system and told me I'm not the 1st client to speak about this, calmly billed me thru this whole process. I had no issue because I want to be done. Called them today telling them about my frustration, and I'm very angry the lady hung up. I am very dissatisfied with them and to be honest. They served me well, however I'm over them, why are they must cut me loose prices are ridiculous. Please help X.mbiyabo
