Can'nt trust Glocell anymore

<p>As from the start when all altech autopage contracts were given to glocell we experienced problems. Last year during september when my daughter was in wits university she found that the phone was not working anymore. She received a sms from glocell stating that the contract was changed to a prepaid number. My daughter got assistance from cell c who helped her with a contract on her own name and then cell c saw that this number was already given to another person in the eastern cape but they assisted her to keep her number and cancel the other person's number. After several attempts we succeeded to get hold of glocell who informed us that this contract should have been upgraded and due to the fact that we did not upgrade they terminated the contract. As far as i known i do not owe them any money but for the past nine months they are deducting the amount of R1317 from my banking account which i then have to reverse and i did send them e-mails to stop the debit order because we do not have any business with them anymore. I need this to stop. Please help.</p>
