Call cetre number and credit control email not working

My line was blocked even though I made arrangements and I made payment on 25/05/2018, I called their call centre number on the website ( ********** ) not accessible. I called several times even today and I am not getting through.

I tried sending email directly to credit control with proof of payment and that hasn't helped either. To this day my line is still blocked.
