Call barring

<p>For more than a week my calls are being barred without explanation.</p> <p>When phoning the ********** number I'm redirected to my service provider, when contacting my service provider I'm told that this is a Glocell problem.</p> <p>I've downloaded the mobile app and have 4 open queries without any of them being addressed in the past week. The queries status just remains on "ticket awaiting with support centre".</p> <p>I've also sent emails to their customer care email, yet nobody has rep**** or even acknowledged receipt of the emails.</p> <p>There is just no way to get into contact with a person who can help.</p>
