Call-Avoidance at Glocell Call-Centre

<p>I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel my contract at Glocell due to poor service. After 3 weeks they have rep**** to my email and sent me a cancellation form which completed on the 03 Dec 2016. No feedback to date - I went into the store and they could not assist - I tried calling the store again on ********** and they referred me to the call center ********** , after holding for 20 mins, someone picked up the call and then cut it. I tried calling again ( ********** ; ********** and ********** ) - no joy. I then tried the call center again - the person said they cannot hear me and then transferred me back to the queue. I have been managing call-centers for many years to know that this is call/work avoidance and a dismissable offence. Please contact me urgently to resolve my query as my next step will be legal action. Thanks (Vishen ********** )</p>
