Boat cruise to nowhere - literally
<p>I renewed my contract based on the promise of a boat cruise to nowhwere, waited patiently until November as requested then filled in the required forms and again waited patiently for 10 working. Then followed up and was email that I would get a response, now a month later TLCrewards and Glocell doesn't answer email, internet or their phones. Cruise to nowhere is nowhere to be found....</p> <p>I think Glocell will find my debit order also going nowhere form this month.</p>

To date GloCell has been able to accommodate over 1,000 customers, plus their families, with this MSC cruise promotion.
Due to the staggering response to the campaign we regrettably have to advise that there are no longer TLC/MSC promotional cruises available.
This campaign was always dependent on promotional availability however, as a gesture of goodwill, GloCell has decided to provide qualifying customers that did not receive a cruise, an R8,000 discount on their GloCell account, to be used towards their monthly subscription and usage (not exceeding R1,000 per month).
