<p>customer support........non existent - oh no sorry except for facebook - if you are reading this review to see whether you should take out a contract with glocell then let me state the facts to you - they have NO SUPPORT - or sorry yes they have some person who phones you back hours after the call centre number repeatedly cuts you off, or gives you options which dont work - really if youy have blood pressure problems and a death wish from having a stroke while you wait on the line for 40-60 minutes on a call centre number which REPEATEDLY tells you to log a email support tiocket which........lets guess....NEVER gets actioned - no never!!!! Then when this poor soul phones you and attempts to help.....which by the way it seems they have neither the s**** nor inclinatioin to resolve guess what...............thats live and we will get a report in 7-14 days and...........YOU NEVER GHET THE REPORT and your blood pressure be aware YOU HAVE TO START THE PROCESS ALL OVER!!!! and call glocell........ It is not because there is issues but when you have a simple issue and try ang get help you should book out 2-3 hours of your day to actually get through to glocell and then assistance (you know the type where your query gets resolved.......yes.....this is what other providers call customer support) is sub standrad and now you wait for the weekend to actually go to the glocell store to get assistance..........BUT DIONT WORRY GLOCELL BECAUSE YOU HAVE ME LOCKED ION A CONTRACT FOR THE NEXT YEAR PLUS !!!!!!</p>
