Blatant theft

<p>I have had the misfortune to have aquired, many years ago, a Cell C phone number through Autopage. This was an additional number to my main one, which is definitely not Cell C. I stopped using and cancelled that Cell C number more than 5 years ago. However, Cell C took over that number from Autopage recently and started billing me for it, via debit order. This was without my knowledge or approval. Since I have no contract with Glocell, I have instructed the bank to reverse these debits, but to no avail. I still have Glocell helping themselves to large sums of money, from my bank account, without any contract, or even any phone or other service being provided. Apart from laying charges of theft and *****, I do not know what to do next.</p> <p> </p> <p>Naturally, I have tried all the phone numbers and email addresses, with no response so far. The "accounts" option on theior main head office number is set to hang up all calls immediately, regardless of which number you call from.</p>
