Bait Advertising!!! I want my package....

<p>I'm furious. I have foregone a deal with another telecommunications company due to getting into agreement with your sales consultant. I was advised that my device will be delivered in 7 working days and all my details were captured, physical address, banking details, debit order authorisation, t&c's accepted over the phone. I was told that I'll receive an sms shortly to confirm that my package has been dispatched after the call or as soon as Ive sent further documentation. </p> <p> </p> <p>I now receive an email saying my application was not approved... ***? I should have gotten a new device by now with the other company, but chose this over them as they didn't offer voice packages. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like a manager to call me to resolve this. I want my device sent in the next 4 working days or I will be taking this further. </p> <p>Totally unacceptable!!</p>
