Bad very bad service

Good day We have tried to get our expired contract cancelled but with no avail since November 2017. We have phoned send emails and still Glocell keeps on deducting money on a monthly basis for our bank account. Glocell keeps on promising to stop it but they never do or even return our calls or correspondence.
