<p>To cut the story short. I have received the MSC cruise promotional package , phoned put on hold , calls dropped , emails not answered. Now at last manage to get through am told that i was suppose to book by 28 Feb 2018. All this time I was patience with you guys waiting for responses getting none put on hold . Its my turn now that you be patience with me you dont want to listen to my story, which was created by you guys.</p> <p>Am told to send an email to ********** to this day I havent received a respond. Please lets work together to sort this problem out. I pay my account without hesitation but is this the services I get from you? Was looking forward to a nice cruise with my 4 and 7 years old daughters they were excited telling anyone who cares to listen that they were going on a ship.</p>
