Bad Service - worse ever

Hi, this review is about the bad services that I have receiving from Glocell. I changed my banking details with them in February and to time they can not tell me as to why my account is not debited , the accounts department say I must check with customer service, customer services say I should check with account, they are passing the buck from one person to another. I have left message for a manager to call me but to time no one has called me but the are quick to block my line. their service has been the worse ever. I will never use this service provider again. I wish I can just cancel my account with them. for those that want to take out an account with Glocel, i say think about it first before you do that.
