Bad Service/Unkept Promises/No Feedback

I was approved on 29/03/2016 for a contract with Glocell. I was told that the device would be delivered in 5-7 days. 2 weeks later, after not receiving feedback and being sent from pillar to post, I made a complaint on Hellopeter and got a call from Glocell saying that I will receive my device by the 18/04/2016. 05/05/2016, 5 weeks from the approval date, and still nothing received.
