Bad service / taking my money

<p>Because I have been paying a lot in the past for out of bundle data rates with Glocell, I have been loading bundles and keeping track of my mobile expenses. Still they deducted a ridiculous amount yesterday, and I have no idea why, seeing that their app and website does not work and I still do not get any statements from them and I can't get hold of them when calling. Glocell has got the worst service that I have ever encountered. </p>
