Bad service glocell head office

I have been dealing with Keith Kelly and Priya his supervisor and none of them can assist me. All they do is giving me false information to keep my quite. They change my contract package after i cancelled my upgrade. I call in every month to get this sorted. I eventually cancelled my contract and they still deduct money from my account without permission. They owe me money and i have all the conversations on mail. If i request to speak to someone that can help me no one wants to put me threw. 5 months I have this problem with them.
