Bad Service experience

<p>My phone were ****** on the 1st of July 2016. Phone several time to the support desk and everytime every consultant had another answer. I do not have my IMEI number after they broke into our house. Some consultant say they will get it from the system as soon as the system is up, other consultant say they will get it from Autopage which will take 2 days, another consultant say they will get it from CellC.I was much more impressed with the quality of service from Autopage, it is now almost 3 weeks since I report it and they can not help me to get the number to lay a charge at the police station as I do have insurance on it. In the meantime I am sitting without a phone. This is really frustrating as there is no Supervisor that I can escalate it, etc.</p>
