Bad Service
Glocell in Richards Bay and Durban have closed down. My phone is giving me problems . I cannot make or receive calls, only whattsup messages. I need a new simcard but I cannot find anybody to help me. I also received my bill and charged R420 for sms that I did not use. I still have 9 months on my contract and I do not know how to sort this problem out. I need to cancel this contract asap.
