Bad Service!
<p>I have been calling for days now trying to get through to someone that can send me a copy of my contract so I can forward all documents for the msc cruise. The line rings and goes to a dead tone. I have limited time to do this but I cannot get through. This is very bad service!!!</p>

So I get confirmation today that this cruise is fully booked. I contact MSC and they confirmed cabins are available. This is a HOAX and u guys **** about this and my lawyer is going to review this. You guys made empty promises and mislead the public into generating more sales !!! I am awaiting a call from the CEO himself and I want a copy of the sales recording when my contract was taken out. You guys cannot work according to the T's and C's that your'll sent now. The initial sale of the contract was telephonic which is the binding contract. I want to be paid out on what the cruise would have costed me
