Bad Service

<p>I have taken out a contract with Glocell recently and requested them to convert my Vodacom pay as you go number to Cell C. I needed to complete a form and send back to them so they could proceed on doing so. I have been having the phone for a week now and are still struggling to get my number over to my contract with them. If I dont follow up with them, I will not get feedback. I even called the customer service and was put on hold by the lady who assisted me. Was holding on the line for like 20 min. She couldn't even pick me up on their system using my ID number. I had to collect my parcel myself by Courier IT as well. this is company is a joke really!!!! Never in my life did I get service like this. I WILL NOT recomend Glocell to anyone at all!</p>
