Bad reception cruise was promised no response

<p>I have phoned Glocell numerous times about no network but there is no answer or they cut you off and if you try again no answer. They also put me on the wrong package I asked for the pinnicle which was not done. I have phoned many times they say they will rectify it but nothing has been done</p> <p>They also promised me a free cruise when I went over from autopage to them. This is also a **** as far as I am concerned. I have phoned in so many times for a booking and speak to so many consultants who promise they will phone you back with dates available but no response. I am not pleased at all and wish somebody can assist me in this matter. </p>
