Bad Customer service from Glocell

<p>We continuesly call them for our invoices and statements. They dont deduct the right amount reflecting on their statments from our banking account. We use to be with Autopage, then suddenly Autopage handed our accounts to them. We were not notified of any change. We spend hours on the phone and listern to music sometimes for hours. It cost us more money on phone calls to them. I have sent them many emails and receive a ticket no, but nobody gets back to us. We also cancelled some of our contracts due to the bad service and no contracts have been cancelled yet. I am still getting billed for one contract which does not work anymore. </p> <p> </p> <p>i wont recommend anybody to use Glocell. Unfriendly and unprofesional. Bad service.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have 9 Contracts left which ends 23 June and have already sent my termination of contracts in on the 10th of May as per their month notice period.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
