Bad Bad Bad Service

The service delivery as well as the call centre is very very bad. I was an old Nashua Mobile client wich was transfered to autopage and now the worst Glocell. I would think that Glocell would like to obtain all the current clients. With an upgrade I app**** to get an new data contract. The deal itself is good, but the service delivery and call centre is extreeeeeemly bad. I am waiting two weeks to get the device delivered, they promised me 3 days. When I call the store they say it would take another 3 days. Well with empty promises and excuses I dont think that would happen. Dont try to complain, because the manager is just as ***********, they are full of excuses.The new story now is that they say the old device was discontinued, and he will await for glocell to send him an e mail. I dont recommend Glocell at all. There are mutch better service providers....
