Bad bad administration

<p>On 11/04/2016 I terminated my contract at the Glocell shop in Paarl PnP CBD. I've been getting invoices up to now, and placed numerous calls and emails about these invoices. On 22/07/2016 I resubmitted my termination contract ********** since nobody I spoke to on the phone could answer me about any termination. On 27/07/2016 they cut off my phone, on wich I have loaded money to make calls. Now I can't even use my own airtime. I spoke to a friendly guy at the Paarl shop who eventually found my termination application. Now they want me to pay for the minutes/sms's wich was apperntly loaded on my phone. I recieved no messages that any credits were loaded. I do believe that it was their mistake for "losing" my termination request. This request was done after the contract expired and all they had to do is swich me over to pay-as-you-go. My number is still blocked now for 3 days! I rely on my phone for bussiness. Glocell is pathetic!</p>
