Bad and no client service

<p>I've got a contact with Glocell and wanted to get data for my cell. I was told to get airtime and the change it to the data required. I've being trying that for more than 2 weeks now , without any success. I did call customer care at Glocell on several occations. Every time i was told that it is a network error . The operators did have a attitude towards me as a client, with very rude answers. No one at Glocell could or would help me. There customer care does not exist at all, but they care about my money. </p>
