Autopage wrongfully communicated to Cell C Customers

<p class="MsoNormal"><a name="_GoBack"></a><span lang="EN-AU" style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #555555; background-color: white; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;">I am an Autopage customer, or was before they closed. I was notified via sms the following on the 12 March 2016 " Dear valued customer, please be advised that your Autopage account will be transferred to your network provider Cell C tomorrow. Thank you for your patronage." This however die not happen, my account got transfer to Glocell (a company I have never heard of). This happened without any communication or my consent, nor do I have an agreement with them. Customers for other service provider (Vodacom and MTN) went directly from Autopage to their service provider a</span><span lang="EN-AU" style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #666666; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0in; background-color: white; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;">nd it was communicated to me that Cell C customers should do exactly the same. My bank account was debited more than usual and I'm struggling to get an itemised bill out of Glocell. I want out of this as an uninformed exploited customer. </span></p>
