Assurances dishonoured

<p>I took out a contact with Glocell last year and was promised a free cruise to the value of R8000. I followed all the instructions to the letter and on 16 November 2016 made a booking for 27 January 2017. This date was sent to me by TLC as available. I received a mail on 16 November 2016 that it would take 10 days to process the booking. During December, I received an sms advising me to be patient and apologising for the delay, but assuring me that I would be accommodated having followed all the correct steps. On 3 January, I called TLC and was referred back to Glocell. Clepoatra at Glocell told me that I would receive an R8000 voucher and to book directly with TLC and that marketing would be calling me to arrange this. No such call came and I e-mailed Glocell only to be told on 13 January 2017 that I would not be receiving the promised cruise, but instead a discount on my monthly Glocell account.
