Appalling Customer Service

<p>I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received through GloCell. I have been trying for over a month now to find out how much the cancellation fee would be in order to terminate my contract. I was not planning on terminating because I am unhappy with GloCell or CellC but because I have found a deal more suited to me on another network, however due to the lack of service I can now say that I wish to terminate due to the terrible customer service. I have tried numerous times to call the customer service line and have waited up to an hour on hold only to have no one answer my calls. I have emailed multiple times and am still awaiting a reply. I even went in to the Hillcrest store in KZN, the lady within the store told us she would find out the cancellation fee on my contract, however, have not received any response. This was 5 weeks ago. Whenever I try to call the store, the line is busy. I have even contacted the company via facebook and am still waiting for someone from customer service to get back to me. I have exhausted all other methods and so I have no idea how else to get a response from GloCell. At this rate I would not recommend anyone take out a contract through GloCell but rather go through CellC directly. I feel this is a form of corporate bullying as they are forcing me to stay in a contract that I no longer wish to stay in. I am very unhappy with the service or rather complete lack of service!</p>
