Airtime rates

<p>Good day . its the 3rd month ive been asking and calling glocell regarding my airtime and data Which only lasts for a period of 2- 3 days. Their consultants on their call center lines are worst ever . they cannot seem to explain anything am always told to go to a glocell store to only understand what has happened to my airtime n data. Yesterday i bought R35(20-10-2016) and (21-10-2016)today, i only have 7 rand . how is this possible ive never had problems beforehand. </p>
