Accounts without signatures

I had Autopage account. Without notice change over to Glocell. After my contract expire they automatic renew the contract without me signing any documentation. I try to cancelled the contract without any luck. According to them the contract only run out in December. I refuse to pay the account until such time they can supply me with signed contract. That never happen. Without any notification i was place on ITC for account more than 5 month outstanding. In November 2017 paid the full amount. Needless to say i am still on ITC after paying the account. Now sent this to the Ombudsman.
