Refunded me my holding deposit after a year after a huge struggle. Just the next month they debit it again. I stop and reverse the debit orders, but they continue debiting costing me bank charges for the reversal. Informed them that they must sort my bill out before I do a EFT. Did not sort my bill out, blocked my signal. No response from anybody not even the CEO.
