Absolute horrible SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! O sorry no service at all!!!!!!

<p>I have cancelled my contract in June and it continues to go off my account. I have phoned numarious times to fix this problem but NOTHING is being done!!!! I am awaiting my refund to no avail!! Your telephone system is seriously messed up! I keep going through to the wrong department or the phone is dropped in my hear or no answer at all!!!!!!! Please fix this problem ASAP as this is rediculous!!!! Not only me but a colegue of mine had the same problem with the same contract!</p>
