A nightmare company to deal with

One piece of advice to anyone that has a contract with Glocell - DO NOT RENEW WHATEVER HAPPENS. They are the worst company ever - I gave notification in July 2017 to cancel my contract as at end August when the contract came to an end, and up until today they are still debiting my account. I'm now inconvenienced every month as I have to run to the bank and reverse the debit. Received an email on 28 Dec from Customer Care they would credit me within 14 days.....and still nothing but I am continuously being debited.
