2nd Review of non-service!

<p>I received a reply to my 1st review saying someone would contact me asap. Nothing so far! I even went to the Glocell shop at Southgate on Wednesday 12th, where a gentleman called Bongani helped me as much as he could. He himself battled to get thru to Head Office by phone. Another colleaguein the shop happebed to have someone's number at Head Office to talk to. I had to email my enquiry through to Bongani who sent it to this mystery person who apparently escalated it to accounts. To date, no one has STILL contacted me to sort this out! I have never cone across such bad service! Been trying to speak to someone since July! What now??? </p>
