Zero after hours support - worst customer service

Connectivity always dips every 3 days. As I write this review (05 November 2022) I've been without network for 17 hours. Numerous calls and emails sent yesterday and no response.

No after hours support. The 24 hour support email provided is not monitored. Really disappointing service.

I'm with them only because they're the only fibre service provider in my area.
