Bad service

Their service is very bad, my wifi has been disconnected since Thursday due to break fibre, I've been waiting for the technician, they're not answering the phones no communication, thing is everything in the house works with wifi without wifi we're doomed I'm so disappointed and frustrated too, my work is hold because of this, what's frustrating they came and fixed my neighbors and mine is still not working.. No communication, they don't communicate and this is inconveniencing
