Pathetic service and waste of time

Very disappointed with Global Motor Administrators. The policy was sold under false pretences and appears attractive initially, but once you submit a claim, the real issues begin. I exchanged over 25 emails and dealt with three different consultants, each requesting different information, only to be informed that my claim would not be approved. The customer service experience was extremely frustrating and time‑consuming. To make matters worse, several repairers I approached had never heard of Global Motor Administrators, which raised serious concerns about their credibility. I strongly recommend choosing a well‑established and reputable provider instead. I would not advise anyone to take out a policy with GMA.
