Excellent Service Delivery and Customer Support

I have purchased a vehicle from Car Emporium with an extended warranty from GMA and less than a year needed to have my gearbox seen to and have the car serviced and when it came to my claims, including to road side assistance when gearbox was bust they have been the absolute best in assisting me as best they could after my ordeal with a car I drove for around 6 months after purchasing it! The whole process was handled very professionally by their claims manager Heimich Telemachus. He kept me advised about progress and he always gave me the impression that GMA had my interests, as their client, at heart and literally kept me in the loop throughout. Through all my experiences, GMA and their staff have been my silver lining and I really appreciated it.
